Cancellation Policy
YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED IF YOU CANCEL AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT STARTS. OTHERWISE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF SERVICE FOR LATE CANCELLATIONS & 100% FOR NO SHOWS IF THE CARD ON FILE DOES NOT GO THROUGH TO COLLECT ANY CANCELLATION FEES, YOU WILL NEED TO ZELLE OR CASH APP THE FEE BEFORE BEING ABLE TO BOOK AGAIN. FAILURE TO PAY THE FEE WILL RESULT IN BEING BANNED FROM BOOKING FUTURE APPOINTMENTS. THERE IS A 10-15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD FOR LATENESS FOR ALL CLIENTS. IF YOU'RE GOING TO BE LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE NOTIFY ME AT LEAST 15 MINUTES IN ADVANCE. IF YOU ARRIVE 10 MINUTES LATE OR LONGER, THERE WILL BE A $10 LATE FEE. LATENESS OF 15 MINUTES OR MORE CAN RESULT IN NEEDING TO RESCHEDULE AND A 100% CHARGE OF THE APPOINTMENT FEE
